MAJ Duane Duke, MD FACS is a pediatric surgeon at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, in Bethesda, MD and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He completed his general surgery training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC and went on to do a pediatric surgery fellowship at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA. His research interests include treatment of chest wall deformities and adhesive small bowel disease. He is an avid soccer player and fan much to the inconvenience of his wife. He and his family reside in Silver Spring, MD.
