MAJ Jason D. Pasley

Dr. Pasley earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He went on to receive his medical degree from Touro University, College of Osteopathic medicine in Vallejo, CA. He completed his General Surgery Residency initially at Keesler Medical Center in Biloxi, MS, and then at Wright Patterson Medical Center/Wright State University in
Dayton, OH. He completed a Trauma/Critical Care Fellowship at LA County Hospital/ University of Southern California Hospital in Los Angeles, CA.

After fellowship, Dr. Pasley was selected to join the teaching staff at Baltimore’s Center for the Sustainment of Trauma and Readiness Skills (CSTARS), housed at the RA Cowley Shock Trauma Center, University of Maryland.

Dr. Pasley served as the Trauma Czar at Craig Joint Theater Hospital at Bagram Air Base from April 2014-Nov 2014. He received the Meritorious Service Medal for his service during this conflict.

He currently serves as the Director of Physician Education for the CSTARS program as well as an Assistant Professor of Surgery with the University of Maryland.
